Forge is a private customer relationship tool operated by Francis Kinniry for Valley Forge Stewardship. It is used by one person, Francis Kinniry, to keep track of his own business contacts, conversations and meetings. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
When Francis connects his own Google account, Forge reads his Gmail messages and Google Calendar events so that business conversations and meetings are recorded automatically. Access is read-only for mail and calendars. The only thing Forge can create in Gmail is a draft, and only after Francis approves it; Forge never sends email and never changes calendar events.
Forge keeps only information related to Francis's business: the names, email addresses and roles of business contacts, short summaries of relevant emails and meetings, and files attached to them. Personal or unrelated messages and calendar events are filtered out and their content is not stored.
Data is stored in private, access-controlled databases and file storage, and the application can only be opened by Francis after signing in with his Google account. Forge does not sell, rent or share this data with anyone, and does not use it for advertising. Text may be processed by an AI model to summarize and organize it, solely to provide Forge's features to Francis.
Forge's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account settings under Security, Third-party apps.
